What we collect

We collect only what you submit to the waitlist form:

• Email address — required, used to contact you about access.
• Name, company, intended use, and monthly volume — optional, used to understand demand and prioritize access.
• Consent timestamp — recorded when you accept this notice and the Terms.
• Technical metadata — IP address and request metadata, processed by our edge provider (Cloudflare) for security and rate limiting.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not purchase or enrich lists. Submitting the form stores your information; it does not subscribe you to any mailing.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We collect waitlist information on the basis of your consent, which you provide by checking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will delete your information unless we must retain it for a lawful reason.

Retention

We retain waitlist information until access launches or you request deletion, after which it is removed. We do not keep it longer than necessary for the purpose collected.

Subprocessors

This site is served behind Cloudflare, which processes request metadata (IP, headers) as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not share waitlist information with advertisers or sell it.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw your information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

We will update this notice if our practices change and revise the date above.
