Waitlist, not a service

Registration for MailCheck is currently closed. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract for services, or any entitlement to access. We may decline or defer access at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to probe, scrape, or attempt to disrupt it, and not to submit false or abusive information. We may rate-limit or block abusive requests.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Any preview of product capabilities is illustrative and not a commitment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailCheck and Ethical AI Syndicate are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
